15 Wing/CFB Moose Jaw

There were 365 regular military, 30 reserve Class A and B forces, and 30 civilian workers at 15 Wing/CFB Moose Jaw at the end of December 2005.

Present Functions

The current functions of 15 Wing/CFB Moose Jaw are to provide:

  • basic jet flying training for CF and NATO pilots,
  • support to units.
Operational & Support Units
  • 431 Air Demonstration Squadron (CF Snowbirds),
  • 2 CF Flying Training School,
  • Flying Instruction and Standards Section,
  • 15 Air Traffic Control Squadron.
