1. Pleasantville Consolidation

The Pleasantville Consolidation Project involves the construction of a new multi-purpose facility which will replace 16 existing military buildings located across Pleasantville. This new facility will replace the aging facilities which are increasingly costly to maintain. The facility will comprise of operational training space, offices and classrooms, special medical and dental facilities, and warehouse space.

Value: Approx $150 Million (Overall project cost, including taxes)
