1. Construct 91 Chief Engineering Flight (CEF) Headquarters

This project involves the construction of a new 1,358m2 purpose-built facility to replace the existing building that houses 91 CEF, a reserve heavy construction engineering unit.

2. Construct Multi-purpose facility

This project involves the construction of two multi-purpose facilities to be built on property that is currently leased from the Gander International Airport. This project will update existing infrastructure and consolidate 9 Wing support units into two buildings, improving the overall effectiveness of Wing support operations.
