The Honourable Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay, Q.C., Associate Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament for Delta – Richmond East announces the awarding of a significant subcontract toWeatherhaven, of Burnaby, B.C., for portable repair and maintenance shelters for the Canadian Armed Forces' CH-147F Chinook helicopters. The approximately $5.7 million subcontract is part of the Medium-to-Heavy Lift Helicopter Project and is helping to create high-quality, skilled jobs in Metro Vancouver.
